The Role...
Within the role of the Quotations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of practical arboriculture operations throughout the business.
Working independently and understanding the needs of the business to ensure a high standard of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities...
- Meeting clients and offering good arboriculture advice.
- Surveying costing and preparing quotes.
- Planning and scheduling work.
- Completing planning applications and assisting with planning queries.
- Carrying our staff management, inductions and site safety audits (training in this field will be offered).
Essential skills...
- Minimum 3 years UK climbing experience (preferably team leader level)
- Proven experience in tree estimating / surveying would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of BS3998:2010 (Tree Work – Recommendations) and relevant UK tree legislation.
- Full UK driving license (minimum 3 years experience).
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Xero is desirable but not essential).
- Self-motivated & Driven: You should be proactive and able to take initiative.
- Resilience: Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation: Excellent telephone manner and good presentation skills.
- Influencing & Negotiating: Ability to influence and negotiate effectively, particularly with clients.
- Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of business processes and goals.
Desirable Skills:
- Professional Tree Inspection (PTI) certification. - Working knowledge of BS 5837 (2012) – Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction. - Membership with a recognised arboricultural body (e.g., Arboricultural Association or Institute of Chartered Foresters). - Sales Experience: Any prior experience or interest in sales is beneficial. You'll be involved in supporting sales activities, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients.

Salary and Benefits...
• Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
